Mysteries of Catalhoyuk

is an educational website devoted to the famous archeological site in Turkey of one of the oldest cities in the world. The website depicts not only end-products of discoveries and interpretations but goes through the entire history of a 25 year excavation process. Interesting Fact:

One of the most amazing finds at Çatalhöyük are the layers and layers of murals painted on the inside plaster walls of buildings. Each mural presents this sort of mystery.
